Our speaker tonight is Judith Levan is a native Western New Yorker and a graduate of SUNY College at Oswego. She holds a BS i Meteorology and a Minor in Physics. She holds memborship in the American Meteorology Society, National Weather Association and Federally employed Women. She is also the Chairperson of the Erie County Disaster Preparedness Advisory Board.
