Well on its way to being another outstanding automobile showcase event, the Rotary Clubs are still seeking various level corporate sponsors who want to be a part of this incredible day with hundreds of classic cars on display. Cars at this show are among the finest examples of car detailing and classic restoration. They include some of the most exotic car models, both foreign and domestic, that you will see at any automobile event this year. Sponsor recognition levels will be acknowledged at the show.
Rickey (Lincoln) Wojtowicz, car show expert and a multiple-year car displayer, points out that there are many judged categories at this show with recognized judges. He adds, "Prizes won at this show are certainly worth serious bragging rights."
The day's activities are diverse. Along with the incredible array of rare and expertly restored classic cars, as well as some not so classic, there are other events for the whole family. There will be music throughout provided by a local radio personality. People will not want to miss the theme basket auctions, a 50/50 raffle, and, crafts and face painting (provided by Amherst Y.E.S / Youth Engaged in Service) along with refreshments and other entertainment. Rain or shine, there will be a lot to do and see outside of the Northtown Center at Amherst including a U.S. Marines color guard parading the colors at Noon.
